I like the “Next” bookmark for Google Reader.  It allows me to read new posts at the original site without me having to manually click my long list of favorite reads, which may or may not be recently updated.  It also makes it easier to leave comments, because I’m already there.  And it’s easier for me to tell who’s article I’m reading because I recognize their “home place”.  :-)

Find it here or, if that link doesn’t work, by clicking “Settings” at the top of the Reader screen.  Then, click “Reader Settings” on the drop-down menu.  Find the “Next” button, among other things, under the “Goodies” tab.
